Whenever I feel like I need to clear my head, I will go swimming. I would swim 10 laps, 20 laps, 30 laps and afterwards I feel like being recharged. It feels like all your worries are washed out in the water.
Another exercise that I like is treadmill-ing. It felt good to run, if only you could also run from your real life...(hehe). On treadmill I burn my fat, my calories, my thoughts, my worries, myself.. (whoops the last one is exaggerating).
But you see, usually after having my exercise I would feel fresh. However today... it doesn't work out this time. This time my mind is unsettled like there is unfinished business on the back of my pocket. I wonder what would that be.
