Art-floh-markt @ Berlin

One thing I like about living in Germany is the fleamarkets or what is known as flohmarkt. You can buy everything in a bargain price here. Most of the stuff are in good conditions, and sometime the market are specific for our every need. There are kinder flohmarkt where you can buy things for children, buch flohmarkt, and general flohmarkt where you can buy bicycle to household items.

However, in Berlin there is one flohmarkt that is unique and as a tourist, this place is one of the destination if you hop in on a bus tour. It is located on Strasse des 17 Juni and whatever you buy there are chances that you cheat or be cheated...

This flohmarkt is different because it sells art and original handwork that is rare and unique.

This flohmarkt is also sells second hand items that you may never find anywhere. From mink coats to silver cutleries, from vintage leather bag to crystal chandelier, from Russian porcelain to Turkish tepich. I am telling you, you can find all the rare and odds here.

old trumpets and compass

All of those things and more, you can find things that you can not think would find anywhere. I remember that I almost bought one snake leather vintage bag that is soo beautiful and sometime you can find branded items too. If you have any plan to visit Berlin, don't forget to visit the flohmarkt and try to see other places too. Of course you wouldn't want to miss other Berlin amusement. Have a nice trip !!
