Vote Avatar

I have seen two interesting movies recently : Avatar and Sherlock Holmes. Though I think Sherlock Holmes is good, I still vote for Avatar as movie of the year.I think it's the most beautiful movie I've ever seen this year. James Cameron present the movie photographically outstanding that it is truly a feast to eyes of the spectators. For me the message of this movie is that arrogance and greed have no place in this universe.

I like all the dialogue between neytiri and Jake Sully.. I like her wisdom.. I like how she preserved all living things. Appreciate them like they are part of her own body... I like all the symbolic things in this movie...the tree soul, the house tree and how the Omaticaya's make bonds to the nature...


I don't know why but somehow this movie remind me of Michael Jackson's “ earth song”. On his last movie before this song is played, he said that how sad he was everytime he read the news about a forest as big as football soccer had been bulldozered by people every single day without even realize how it would impact our environment. Somehow I shared MJ sadness about our planet earth and what James Cameron shows us can explain a lot on how we should care more about our environment.
